    20 acres in lot 43 on the Tuttle Rd. sold to his brother, Moses Noyes, 
    • (Know all men by these presents that I Timothy Noyes of North Yarmouth in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Massachusetts yeoman in consideration of one hundred twenty pounds lawful money paid me by Moses Noyes of North Yarmouth aforesaid yeoman, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do hereby give grant, sell, convey and confirm unto the said Moses Noyes his heirs and assigns forever. Twenty acres more or less, it being two fifths parts for quantity equality of fifty acres or one ___ of Lot No. 43 in the 100 acre division on the west side Royals River in said North Yarmouth. Late the estate of Edward Butler deceased, together with the house and barn thereon. The said Moses paying three fifths of what said house and barn was appraised at before they were moved to those heirs who have not been bought out of said estate. To have and to hold the same to the said Moses Noyes his heirs and assigns to his and their use and behoof forever.

      And I do covenant with the said Moses Noyes his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee of the premisis that they are free of all umbrances that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Moses to hold as aforesaid and that I will warrant and defend the same to the said Moses Noyes his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.

      In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of May Anno Domini Seventeen Hundred and Eighty Nine:
