- (Know all men by these presents, that Mr. William Davis in his right, Eunice wife of the said Wm. Davis in her right, Elisha Noyes, Reuben Noyes and Moses Noyes, children & heirs at law of Moses Noyes late of North Yarmouth deceased for and in consideration of fifty six dollars paid by Nehemiah Noyes of North Yarmouth, State of Maine, yeoman the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Nehemiah Noyes his heirs and assigns forever, seven acres of land being a part of the 100 acre lot No. 43, in the 100 acre division division in North Yarmouth and bounded N.E. by Tuttle Road, N.W. by George Titcomb, S.W. by John Merrill, S.E. by Wm. Noyes, Jr.
To have and to hold the aforegranted and bargained premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof to the said Nehemiah his heirs and assigns, to his and their use and befoof forever.
And we do covenant with the said Nehemiah Noyes his heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized in fee of the premises; that they are free of all incumbrances; that we have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Nehemiah to hold as aforesaid: and that we and heirs shall and will warrant and defend the same to the said Nehemiah Noyes his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims of all persons.
In witness whereof, we the said William Davis, Eunice Davis, Elisha Noyes, Reuben Noyes & Moses Noyes have hereunto set our hands and seal this 21st day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and twenty.)

- (Know all men by these presents, that I Reuben B. Noyes of North Yarmouth in the County of Cumberland and State of Maine, Yeoman, in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars paid by Nehemiah Noyes of Cumberland in said County, Yeoman, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Nehemiah Noyes his heirs and assigns forever, a certain piece of land situated in said North Yarmouth with the buildings thereon, bounded as follows viz. Beginning at the northerly end of the bridge across Royals River above Bakers Mill, thence easterly & northerly by the town road to the land of Benjamin Gooch, thence north thirty eight degrees west to said river, thence southerly by said river to the bounds first mentioned, containing three acres more or less being the same land I purchased of Silvanas Blanchard & others, as by their deed to me dated April 28th A.D. 1847.
To have and to hold the aforegranted and bargained premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof to the said Nehemiah his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee of the premises; that they are free of all incumbrances; that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Nehemiah his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.

Noyes & Mary Noyes wife of the said Reuben B. in testimony of her relinquishment of her right of dower in the above described premises have hereunto set their hand and seals this fourteenth day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty eight.
