      Service for Mrs. William H. (Clara L.) Haken, 77, who died Saturday in a Royal Oak convalescent home, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
      Rosary service will be held at 8 p.m. today at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home.

      Mrs. Haken, whose home was at 1057 Holbrook St., was a resident of Pontiac for 74 years. She was born in Detroit June 28, 1877, the daughter of Isdore [sic] and Sophia Heitsch Hanser, marrying William Haken in Pontiac May 5, 1908. She was a member of St. Benedict Church and of the St. Benedict Altar Society, also of the League of Catholic Women.

      Surviving besides her husband are five children, Mrs. Lynn Allen, Leroy F. Kellogg and Marion G. Kellogg, all of Pontiac, Mrs. John R. Noyes of Pleasant Ridge, and Mrs. Louis Conroy of Birmingham; one sister, Mrs. Jerome Schuyler of Milford, 12 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

      Mrs. William H. Haken, 77, of 1057 Holbrook street, Pontiac, died Saturday in a Royal Oak convalescent home.

      She was the mother of Mrs. Louis Conroy of Birmingham, Other survivors are her husband, William; four other children. Mrs. Lynn Allen, LeRoy F. Kellogg and Marion G. Kellogg, all of Pontiac and Mrs. John Noyes of Pleasant Ridge; one sister, Mrs. Jerome Schuyler of Milford; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
      Rosary was Monday at the Sparks-Griffin funeral home, Pontiac, with services Tuesday at St. Benedict Catholic church. Burial was in Oak Hill cemetery.

      A Pontiac resident for 74 years, Mrs. Haken was born June 28, 1877, in Detroit.
