    • (OBIT: Funeral services for Judson Noyes Crabb, 52, a widely known and prominent man, were held from the home on Philpot Street late Sunday afternoon. Mr. Crabb was a life resident of Cedartown and a member of one of the city's most prominent families. For many years he held a responsible position with the Standard Cotton Mills. He had been in failing health for more than a year and his death was not unexpected. Rev. T. R. Kendall, Jr., pastor of the First Methodist church and Rev. Harry Peterson, Presbyterian pastor, officiated at the services with interment in Greenwood cemetery. Mr. Crabb is survived by one sister, Mrs. Wiley Barber, Cedartown and a number of neices and nephews, James, Buddie, Jack and Miss Mary Barber, all of Cedartown and Mrs. Norman Summers, Lincoln, Mo. Active pallbearers were William Collins, E. D. Hightower, Charles Brumby, Bob Wood, Jim Houseal, Wesley Cone, Preston Mayfield, Dr. Williams. Honorary pallbearers: Mel Casey, Bob Campbell, Lamar Hallum, George Brewster, William Parker, Will Barr, Tom Thompson, Fred Brewster, Pete Harris. Bisaner's Funeral Home was in charge.)
