	(OBIT: Funeral service for Joyce Marie Bagne (nee Rasmussen), 70, Coon Rapids, took place Sept. 22 at Prairie Oak Community Church. Rev. Stephen M. Gahagen officiated. Bagne died Sept. 16. She was born April 9, 1938 in St. Paul to William Norman and Grayce Wright (Noyes) Rasmussen and was a self-employed day care provider. She is survived by her children, Craig (Debra) and Carin (Ken) Snell; grandchildren, Brooke (Richard) Sauer, Hannah and Danielle Bagne, Travis and Katyi Schultz, Madelyn, Alexander and Sarah Snell; great-grandchild, Jackson Sauer; brothers, William (Dianne) and Donald Rasmussen; sister, Darlene Bilotta; and many other relatives and friends. Interment was at Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, Andover.)
