Notes |
- Some of her children's vital records name her Martha Holroyd but her death certificate gives her maiden name as Martha Warhurst and her father as Joseph Warhurst. The possibility exists that she was previously married at a young age to a Holroyd or that she was a second wife of John and that the mother of the children was, indeed, another Martha [Holroyd]. Daughter Jennie's death records show her name as Wallace.
